Jessica Walker

Physiotherapist

BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy

Jess completed her undergraduate degree in the UK and has a unique background as a three-time Olympian. Her experience as an elite athlete has given her a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of performance, recovery, and returning to activities that matter most.

She combines evidence-based rehabilitation with her own elite athlete experiences in exercise and strength and conditioning to help people achieve their goals.

Jess enjoys working with people from all walks of life, whether it’s supporting an athlete in returning to sport, helping someone recover from an injury, or assisting an individual in regaining confidence and independence in everyday movement. She believes the best outcomes come from taking the time to understand each person’s story, listening to what matters most to them, and developing personalised treatment plans that align with their goals and lifestyle.

Alongside her clinical work, Jess coaches and mentors Western Australian Institute of Sport (WAIS) canoe and kayak athletes to support performance and long-term athletic development. This experience allows her to integrate high-performance principles into rehabilitation, while tailoring exercise programs to suit people of all ages and abilities.
