Concussion Assessment & Management.

Concussions are complex injuries that can affect physical, cognitive, visual, vestibular, and autonomic systems. Evidence continues to show that without early, structured intervention, symptoms can become persistent.

While many people recover within a few weeks, up to 1 in 3 adults experience ongoing symptoms that persist beyond the expected recovery period, and 18-24% of all adults with concussion are not back to work by six months (Yue et al., 2021)

At Complete Concept Physiotherapy, we provide comprehensive concussion assessments to identify the specific systems contributing to your symptoms.
We then develop a tailored rehabilitation plan that may include graded exercise therapy, vestibular and balance rehabilitation, cervical spine treatment, visual rehabilitation strategies, education, and guidance for a safe return to work, school, or sport.
